This 2-bedroom, 2- bathroom condo offers one of the area's most outstanding views from every room in the unit. Enjoy each day of your stay on Surfside’s private beach in your own complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set from March 1 through November 1. Surfside also offers great on-site sport deck with tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, Royal Palm Grille Restaurant (on-site), The Beach Bar, Event Venue, beauty salon and day spa. This 15th floor unit is full of upgrades and can sleep up to 6 people.
The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, 55 “ smart TV. The adjoining en suite master bathroom has a newly renovated modern, walk-in shower with granite counter throughout and fixtures. You will also find large capacity, front loading washer and dryer.
The large fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated with new stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen also has a table that seats 4 with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Additional seating is in the adjacent dining room, which features a fabulous country style table that seats 6 with a family bench.
Surfside Condo Unit 1505 has a unique floor plan with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from its floor to ceiling windows providing an open floor plan concept. The recently renovated living area has a 65” smart TV and Streaming Blue Ray Player. The large balcony gives you views of beach as well as breathtaking sunrise views. The guest bedroom features 2 full sized beds and a 50” Smart TV with a DVD Player. There is an adjacent en suite bathroom to this guest room with a shower/tub combination and new granite counter tops and fixtures.
In total, this unit has a large capacity washer and dryer, 3 smart TV's with cable, complimentary 5G streaming capacity wireless internet, providing you with all the comforts of home. This unit is sure to be your home away from home on one of the most beautiful, pristine beaches of the world!
In addition, Surfside Resort offers its own on-site indoor and outdoor dining at the Royal Palm Grille Restaurant featuring a great selection of meat and seafood entrees, sandwiches, salads, sushi bar, and a children's menu. All meal selections can be eaten in the dining room, at the new outdoor dining deck overlooking the beach, at the sports bar located on our beach, or even take-out. The meals are wonderful and you never have to leave the building!
Surfside Resort is unique in this area with internal hallways, internal elevators, covered parking, and our own private beach with all amenities available.
